We are looking for an experienced, reliable and hardworking Groundworker to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in a range of groundwork duties, including ground levelling, drainage, tarmacing and kerb laying.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a good work ethic and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ground levelling and site preparation
- Carrying out earthworks and excavation
- Installing and working on drainage systems
- Tarmacing and resurfacing
- Laying kerbs and edging
- General groundwork and site duties
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
- Following health and safety procedures on site
Requirements
- Previous experience in groundwork is essential
- Knowledge of ground preparation, drainage, tarmacing and kerb laying
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Ability to work well within a team
- Good attention to detail and a positive attitude towards work
- Relevant tickets and qualifications are desirable
