This role is far more than operational delivery. The successful individual will be client facing with the credibility, presence, and commercial instinct to win work, strengthen relationships, and drive projects from pre-construction through to completion.
The Opportunity
- Lead landmark CAT A & CAT B fit out projects valued between £10m - £50m
- Full ownership across the entire project lifecycle
- Drive both work winning activity and operational delivery
- Build and maintain key relationships across the construction community
- Work directly with senior leadership and influence business strategy
- Operate with genuine autonomy and decision making authority

- A proven track record delivering traditional commercial fit out projects at a large scale
- Strong commercial and operational leadership capability
- Existing relationships within the consultant, client, and subcontractor market
