Fawkes & Reece are currently supporting a specialist design, engineering & construction contractor who are seeking a Head of Validation and Compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding contractor who works on specialised projects ranging between £1m - £3M across the south
About the role of Head of Validation and Compliance
As of Head of Validation and Compliance you will oversee new business, documentation & compliance and validation activities. This is a hands on site based role with travel required throughout the south and potentially oversees.
Responsibilities for Head of Validation and Compliance
- Responsible for sourcing and perusing new business opportunities
- Highlighting opportunities for market growth and business expansion
- Lead client relationships both existing and new business
- Curate proposals and presentations aimed at winning new business
- Continuously aim to improve processes and compliance
Requirements for Head of Validation and Compliance
- Previous experience within a similar role with a strong background in validation or compliance
- An understanding of ISO 14644
- Relevant degree in Engineering, life Science or similar field
- Collaborative nature with strong written and verbal skills
