Job Responsibilities:
- Working in void and tenanted social housing properties carrying out repairs and maintenance
- Boxing in pipe work
- Hanging Doors and Architraves
- General 2nd fixes
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card
- Asbestos Awareness or be willing to take the online course
- Previous Joinery experience
- Social housing experience - ideal
- Own transport
- Own tools
- Two professional references
- Street parking available
