Actively seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a landmark £50million healthcare development in London. About the Senior Project Manager role:

As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full project life cycle from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring quality, safety, cost and programme objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of a major £50million healthcare project in London.
  • Oversee all site operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, health & safety and client requirements.
  • Coordinate project teams including design, commercial and site management.
  • Drive programme performance, budget control, and subcontractor management.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure the principle contractors around quality and sustainability standards are upheld throughout.

About the ideal Senior Project Manager:

  • Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects, £30million + value.
  • Significant experience in healthcare or other large scale public sector builds.
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Degree Qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field desirable.
  • SMSTS, CSCS Black card, and first aid certificate.
