About the Senior Project Manager role:
As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full project life cycle from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring quality, safety, cost and programme objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager:
- Lead and manage the delivery of a major £50million healthcare project in London.
- Oversee all site operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, health & safety and client requirements.
- Coordinate project teams including design, commercial and site management.
- Drive programme performance, budget control, and subcontractor management.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
