Mechanical Supervisor, c£325-350 a day, South East London – commercial shell and Core (mainly ductwork) – until late Summer 2026

As the lead supplier to most London\’s biggest contractors, we have been approached by an established M&E Contractor to help them in the search for a Mechanical Supervisor to work on a £35M M&E package on a commercial shell and core project in South East London.

• You will manage the site schedule of work and site teams on a commercial shell and core scheme
• Manage and put to work sub-contractors teams (mainly ductwork)
• Value engineering and scoping work
• Maintain relationships between client, subcontractors and partners
• Estimations and variations as required
• Procurement
