We're seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee construction operations on key projects across the Brighton area. You'll be responsible for day-to-day site coordination, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all on-site activities and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Coordinate materials, labour, and project schedules.
- Lead site meetings and liaise with clients, architects, and project managers.
- Monitor progress, quality, and project costs.
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and risk assessments.
- Proven track record as a Site Manager (ideally in residential or commercial construction).
- Strong understanding of H&S legislation and building regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisation skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (preferred).
- Driving licence and ability to travel locally as required.
