I'm recruiting on behalf of a nationwide façade specialist contractor with a large order book across London right now, with an urgent requirement based in Woolwich.
About the role:
You will be managing the waterproofing and roofing packages from a sub-contractors perspective.
Responsibilities for Site Manager:
- Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites.
- Enforce health & safety protocols, manage risks, and address any issues promptly.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, to keep the project on track.
- Maintain quality standards by monitoring workmanship, materials, and adherence to specifications.
- When challenges arise, you will find solutions to keep the project moving forward.
- Effectively communicate by liaising with team members, report progress, and address concerns.
