I am currently working with a strong Tier Two Main Contractor who have an opportunity for a Project Manager (No2/Construction Lead), to work on a £120 Million, 300+ unit, new build residential scheme with several years of work. This project is a large scale, mixed-use development in Central London, which will include high-end, 8-12-storey, new-build RC frame apartments.
Our client is looking for someone who has overseen the whole build process from ground to handover and has experience managing a team of 10-20 assistants to site managers. You would be reporting into the Senior Project Manager, who will liaise with the client and handle the office meetings.
Responsibilities- Working on a flagship project for a tier two Main Contractor.
- Client meetings, working with design, managing site managers and pushing the programme.
- Oversee the scheme as Construction Lead - reporting to SPM.
- Ideally a PM who is confident in their ability to lead, a good communicator and excellent with clients.
- Excellent client facing and communication across design, commercial and operations.
