About the role of Material Controller
Our client is a huge Developer with an office based in Essex with an outstanding group turnover of over £3.5 billion! They deliver a wide range of high-quality new-build homes across Essex including small residential developments of around 40 homes whilst also having huge flagship sites comprising of 200-1000 homes.
Responsibilities for Material Controller
- Maintaining accurate records of material orders, delivery notes, invoices and supplier documentation
- Processing purchase orders
- Liaise with the commercial teams
- Tracking deliveries to ensure materials arrive on time
Requirements for Material Controller
- Previous experience in a procurement or material coordination role
- High attention to detail
- Experience working within the house building industry
- Experience using construction software exp...causeway, viewpoint.
