Fawkes & Reece are hiring for a Freelance Site Manager to look after the drainage package on a housing development in Winsford starting shortly.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day delivery of the drainage package, ensuring progress in line with programme.
- Support site manager to ensure project is completed in line with standards.
- Ensure all works comply with drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular quality, safety, and environmental inspections.
- Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
- Conduct daily site inspections.
- Liaise with engineers and local authorities.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- CSCS
- SMSTS
- Temporary Works Coordinator
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Manager's position.
- UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Compensation:
- Day rate.
- Weekly pay on a Friday.
