We are currently looking for an experienced Cleaner to work within residential blocks in the Watford area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning communal areas within residential buildings
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Cleaning stairwells, lifts, entrances, and shared facilities
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Reporting any maintenance or health & safety concerns
- Opportunities for overtime available
Additional Duties:
- Assisting the caretaker with bin collections every Tuesday
- Some heavy lifting and manual handling will be required
Requirements:
- Previous experience cleaning residential blocks is essential
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Physically fit due to manual handling duties
