We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a well-established Civil Engineering contractor delivering a large-scale groundworks package for a major national house builder in East Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and proactive engineer to work on a busy residential infrastructure project with an immediate start available.
Responsibilities:
- Setting out for roads, drainage, foundations, and associated groundworks
- QA checks and maintaining accurate site records
- As-built surveys and reporting
- Working closely with site management and subcontractors
- Ensuring works are delivered to programme and specification
Requirements:
- Proven experience working on residential groundworks / infrastructure projects
- Strong setting out and surveying capability
- CSCS card
- Ability to work independently on site
- Must have own surveying equipment
