Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Finishing Manager with large fit‑out projects in excess of £10m.
- Internal trades background.
- SSSTS or SMSTS preferred.
- Previous finishing experience for 2+ years.
- Proven track record with length of service and continuity of employment confirmed by previous employers.
- Live within commutable distance of Edinburgh.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall supervision of all internal finishing works.
- Manage sub‑contractors to prioritise work.
- Liaise with sub‑contractors.
