The company:
A well established regional contractor who specialises in new build residential with a focus on high end finishes.
The role:
As the site Taper and Jointer you will be responsible for applying tape, three layers of compound, sanding surfaces to achieve a high-quality finish, ensuring work meets project deadlines and safety standards, and working efficiently to prepare walls and ceilings for their final decorative finish.
About you:
Ideally you will have previous working experience in a Taper and Jointer position.
You will be conscious of health and safety on site and will be weary of others who are working alongside of you.
You will arrive on time, finish your shift at the times allocated by the site manager and complete additional duties as and when the site manager requires.
To be successful in your application for this role you will have and be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
Previous experience in a Taper and Jointer position
You will have a CSCS Card.
Strong work ethic in a team
