Tenant/Resident Liaison Officer required to work in Chester and Stoke on a retrofit scheme on housing for a cover until November - could possibly lead to a full-time role for the right candidate.
Ideally, you will be an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer with a background working in either construction or a similar position previously. As well as having a strong knowledge of internal and external programmes, you will be a strong communicator with excellent customer service and good IT skills. Most importantly, you will need a strong and proven customer service approach.
Start Date: 17th August
Job Role Includes:
- Deliver clear and effective communications to customers and residents about the nature and scope of works.
- Act as the main point of contact for residents, addressing enquiries and concerns professionally and empathetically.
- Coordinate access arrangements to ensure works are delivered smoothly and on schedule.
- Resolve access-related or resident issues promptly, escalating where necessary to ensure timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of communications, access arrangements, and issue resolutions for project documentation.
Essential: Driving Licence, own transport, previous experience/similar job role
Pay: £14.50 inclusive of holiday pay PAYE OR £17 Per Hour Umbrella
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am - 3:30pm
