We are currently working on behalf of a leading residential property management team seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer for a static, site-based role at a high-end residential development in West London.

This hands-on position involves carrying out both reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenance within the site's plant rooms, ensuring the reliable operation of all building services equipment while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.

  • Key Duties
  • Carry out reactive maintenance and emergency repairs across the site's residential plant rooms.
  • Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and routine inspections on mechanical and electrical building services equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair faults on pumps, boilers, pressurisation units, expansion vessels, and associated plant.
  • Maintain accurate service records, maintenance reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Work closely with the on-site team to ensure plant and building services remain fully operational with minimal disruption to residents.
  • Support the overall maintenance and smooth operation of this single, static site.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer, Building Services Engineer, or similar.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills across mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Experience working within residential or commercial plant rooms, carrying out both reactive maintenance and PPMs.
  • Relevant engineering qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent) are desirable.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of an on-site maintenance team.
