We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Skilled Labourer / Handyman to join our team on a full-time basis.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:00pm

Duties will include:

  • General handyman and maintenance tasks
  • Changing locks and handles
  • Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance works
  • Weekly checks of fire call points
  • Testing AOV systems and smoke alarms
  • Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Good practical and maintenance skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
  • Knowledge of basic building maintenance preferred
