We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a developer on a busy traditional Build in Sittingbourne. This is a freelance position.

The Assistant Site Manager will be supporting the Site Manager and Project Manager on site and taking plots from 1st fix to completion.

Responsibilities for Assistant Site Manager
  • Overseeing plots from 1st fix through to completion
  • Supporting the Site Manager with daily operations on site
  • Coordinating trades and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered on time and to standard
  • Ensuring H&S compliance across the site
  • Maintaining quality control and ensuring snagging is dealt with efficiently
Requirements for Assistant Site Manager
  • Previous experience working as an Assistant Site Manager with a developer
  • Strong knowledge of the build process from 1st fix to handover
  • Proven ability to manage multiple trades on a fast paced site
  • Valid CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid
