We have a great opportunity for a Site Supervisor working with a Contractor in London on the Thames Water AMP8.

The package of works is worth £130M. You will be responsible for managing the onsite operations involved in the project. The ideal candidate will have a great understanding of the Thames Water AMP frameworks and water mains replacements.

You will be reporting to the Site Manager. While supporting the Site Manager, you must also maintain a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the team on site carries out the works correctly and to the programme.

The ideal Site Supervisor must have:

1. Experience with similar contractors in the industry.
2. Ability to keep sites organised in accordance with H&S requirements.
3. Experience in composing task briefs and supporting documents, as well as reviewing sub-contractor RAMS.
4. Ability to manage plant and labour to ensure efficient use and minimise waste.
5. Liaise with the Site Manager to coordinate deliveries, inventory management, and logistics to support construction activities.
6. Conduct regular weekly plant inspections, identify hazards, deliver inductions, and brief operatives daily regarding the daily tasks.
7. Experience in Thames Water AMP frameworks.
8. Ability to collaborate with project stakeholders and sub-contractors to ensure the programme is met without delays.
9. Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with the rest of the team.
