Fawkes and Reece are currently recruiting for a freelance Site Manager for a project starting mid April. This will be a 10 week project, start to finish.
The Role
The project is a Fit Out of a commercial gym. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Chair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal)
- Record onsite progress and lookaheads
- Follow H&S guidelines
- Manage subcontractors and trades on site
Required Qualifications/Experience
- Experience working on fast track fit out projects, preferably experience of working on commercial gyms
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position
