An excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the external facade package established on a 7 storey apartment development project for a tier 1 contractor.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all external facade works from start to completion
  • Overseeing cladding, brickwork, window installation and detailing
  • Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme adherence
  • Maintaining high standards of H&S and quality on site
  • Reporting progress to the project team

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing external packages on residential projects
  • Strong knowledge of facade, cladding and brickwork sequencing
  • SMSTS
  • Valid CSCS card
