An excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the external facade package established on a 7 storey apartment development project for a tier 1 contractor.
Responsibilities:
- Managing all external facade works from start to completion
- Overseeing cladding, brickwork, window installation and detailing
- Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme adherence
- Maintaining high standards of H&S and quality on site
- Reporting progress to the project team
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing external packages on residential projects
- Strong knowledge of facade, cladding and brickwork sequencing
- SMSTS
- Valid CSCS card
