We are working with a reputable and established Regional Contractor who specialise in the delivery of Education, Healthcare, Commercial & Residential projects across the Lancashire and Cumbria region. The company are very well established with a great heritage and reputation, working on a number of framework agreements and with a healthy pipeline of work.Due to an increase in work, they are recruiting for a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis to start in the New Year. This will be working on Education, Healthcare & Commercial projects – both refurbishment and New Build. You will be reporting into a Contracts Manager and your responsibilities will include: The smooth operational running of your assigned site Ensuring health & safety is maintained Monitoring the quality of work Liaising with the client Programming works Ordering materials Experience needed: The successful candidate will ideally come from a Main Contractor background, and must have experience of managing projects within the Healthcare and Education sectors. You must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV. A trade background is ideal.
