Site manager opportunity for a care home based in Northampton. This project will be focusing on the refurbishment of a live care home. Project value is £350k.
Coming into this project you will be refurbing 6 rooms and a corridor and must have previous experience in either a care home or a similar environment. You must be an energetic and hands on manager. Carpentry background is preferred. There is an opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate although travel will be required.
Candidates will need:

- SMSTS Qualified
- First Aid
- Previous experience with similar projects
We are paying £260cis per day for the right candidate.
