Exciting opportunity working for a growing privately owned contractor who are in the business of delivering high end garden rooms for domestic clients. This is a role that offers progression within a growing business who have combined technology and building and been successful in delivering a very attractive and popular product to many households in and around London. Due to the popularity in garden rooms now and strong pipeline of work, this company are now able to take on their first permanent Site Foreman.
Responsibilities:
- Working in the workshop doing the pre-fab frames then delivering the projects on site around central London. Projects are all within the M25.
- Communicating with the client and specialist trades including plumbers, electricians and drainage specialists.
Qualifications:
- Must be reliable, have a good work ethic and be enthusiastic about joining a company with a new and modern way of approaching construction.
- Need to be a practical thinker, good at following instructions as you will be given all of the tools and information to build the garden rooms.
- Comfortable using power tools.
- Excellent communication with clients; ideally someone who is approachable and personable as you will be working in people's homes.
- Looking for someone who wants to progress within a business that is looking to upscale to full housing developments in the future.
