My client is a long established, leading, regional Civil Engineering Contractor.
They specialise in a wide variety of sectors of the Construction Industry which includes; Water & Wastewater, Earthworks, Highways, Bridges & Other Large Structures, Environment Agency Works, Ministry of Defence Works, Airport and much more.
Due to planned growth and an influx of work in their South of England Region, they are looking to appoint, on a permanent basis Site Engineers and Senior Engineers.
They have live projects in Hampshire, Dorset and West Sussex and are therefore looking for individuals that resides in these Counties.
Typical Duties & Responsibilities:
- Setting out roads, structures and drainage with surveying equipment (GPS & Robotic Total Stations)
- Assist with quality control to ensure the standards are met in accordance to the design specifications
- Assist in producing permits to break ground (CAT Scanning management)
- Ensuring the highest health, safety and environmental standards are met on site adhering to the client\'s and business\'s requirement
- Liaise with the site team to approve materials ensuring they meet specification
- Keep accurate records of progress reports, site diaries and resource allocations
- Produce as-built drawings in AutoCAD.
