Tiler required in and around Sheffield to work in tenanted and void properties on behalf of councils/social housing associations. This scheme is a kitchen and bathroom scheme, needing someone to start immediately.
Our client is a main contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates around the Yorkshire and Lincolnshire regions.
The Role
- Main duties are tiling bathrooms and wetrooms in tenanted and void properties.
- The total hours are 37.5 per week, 8am - 4:00pm with a 30 minute break - Monday to Friday.
- Work with a reputable social housing contractor who works on various schemes within the Yorkshire area.
- Regular work on a week-to-week basis, Monday to Friday.
- Work for 12 months.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Tiler.
- Social housing experience.
- Own Tools.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- UKATA Asbestos Awareness or be willing to do the online course.
- Own Transport.
- You must be able to provide 2 x checkable references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
