Senior Site Manager opportunity opportunity on a new build hotel in Northwest London. This project will need someone to be responsible for the externals and internals. This package has a combined circa value of £16 million.
This is a Tier 2 contractor who pride themselves on attention to detail and excellent service to their clients. Previous experience in a similar role is essential. You will be managing the RC frame, ground works, piling, foundations. After you will be moving on to the internals. Experience managing the full cycle of a new build is essential this is a long-term position.
The ideal Site Manager must have:
- Heavy experience managing Externals RC Frame, Ground works, package
- Proven track record of completing similar projects
- Interpersonal skills to get along with the rest of the team/manage sub-contractors effectively
- Black CSCS
- SMSTS
We are paying between £350-£400cis per day for the right candidate.
