SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER Tier 1 Contractor – Water & Wastewater – Thames Water Framework What you will be doing: An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to join a Top Tier Contractor who are delivering vital improvement works to the Thames Water Framework. As a Senior Project Manager you will be managing a portfolio of work, with up to four site-based Project Managers reporting into you. Each project could be up to value £20m. Ensure a safe working environment. Managing a portfolio of work. Create and build a team with the right culture and attitude. Create a ‘Knowingly Safe’ working environment. Ensure that the principles of CDM are applied and relevant legislation is complied with. Embed a F.R.E.D.I.E Culture. Engage with the designer to ensure a safe, buildable and timely design is achieved within the detailed design phase to allow efficient delivery of the scheme. Plan, prepare and facilitate collaborative workshops as and when required. Interview select and onboard staff in line with the resource profile for the Scheme. With the support of the Commercial Team ensure the selection of the best Supply Chain partners. Ensure all pre-commencement and regulatory requirements are discharged prior to work commencing.
