Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor - Major London Schemes
We're partnered with a leading Tier 1 sub contractor contractor, delivering some of the largest commercial projects in the London. You'll be part of a dedicated MEP team, taking responsibility for electrical packages. With procurement already complete, the focus will be on delivery, commercial management, and change control.
What's Involved
- Managing packages on a major landmark building in Central London
- Large-scale refurbishment including new façades, full MEP install, and high-end fit-out
- Traditional contract structure - lots of live instructions and change management
- Exposure to cash flow, CVRs, valuations, subcontractor accounts
- Joining a highly experienced team on a fast-paced project
