About the role of Senior Construction Manager:
Working on commercial fit out projects valued upwards of £20 million across central London.
Responsibilities for Senior Construction Manager:
- Playing an active part in delivery on site
- Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
- Providing leadership and direction to sub contractors
- Helping to devise cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion
Requirements for Senior Construction Manager:
- Experience delivering key projects from cradle to grave
- Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
- CAT, CAT B and cut & carve experience on projects valued at least £20 million
- Comfortable leading teams
