Fawkes and Reece is seeking an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the construction team on a £50m healthcare project in Wiltshire. You will compile scopes of works, tender sub-contract packages, analyse tender returns and manage sub-contractor accounts.
You will undertake measurements and valuations for payments, price variations and interim applications, and contribute to financial forecasting and CVRs.
