We are working with an established Main Contractor who operates across a number of divisions including New Build, Building Refurbishment, Social Housing Refurbishment and more. They are recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team, working on planned Social Housing refurbishment works to tenanted properties as well as some refurbishment works to public sector buildings. Experience of working as a Site Supervisor or Assistant Site Manager on Social Housing planned refurbishment works would be ideal, alongside experience of working closely with residents.

Experience needed
