We are currently looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman to join a high-quality residential apartment scheme in Rickmansworth.
The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Finishing Foreman with a strong background in high-quality residential projects. You will be responsible for overseeing finishing trades, maintaining high standards of workmanship, and ensuring the project is completed to an exceptional standard.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential developments
- Strong knowledge of high-end residential finishes
- Excellent eye for detail and quality
- Ability to manage and coordinate finishing trades
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Reliable, proactive and able to work to programme
- CSCS and relevant site experience required
