Job responsibilities of the Freelance Site Manager:

  • Day-to-day management of site operations across multiple occupied properties.
  • Decarbonisation, solar, energy, EWI.
  • Managing subcontractors and direct labour.
  • Ensure all H&S is adhered to and in line with regulations.
  • Programme management and reporting against milestones.
  • Work closely with retrofit coordinators.

Required Qualifications/Experience for the Freelance Site Manager:

  • Experience in social housing/retrofit decarbonisation.
  • CSCS.
  • SMSTS.
  • First Aid.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Manager's position.
  • UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Day rate: Weekly pay on a Friday.
