We have a fantastic opportunity for a experienced Receptionist for a weeks cover.
You will be based in there head office in Hampshire and responsible for;
- Answering phones and management of the business switchboards
- Email management and diary management
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including distribution and dispatch
- Supporting the management team with ad hoc tasks and projects as required
- Attending to all visitors
We are looking for a friendly and efficient individual for our client. Key attributes include previous experience within a similar role. Desirably you will come from a construction background but not essential. Key attributes will include strong written and verbal communication skills, good computers skills and ability to use Microsoft packages. With an organised and proactive approach to work.
