Experienced Project Administrator required to support a regional specialist contractor to support their framework contracts. This Project Administrator will be based in their head office in Hampshire.

About the role of Project Administrator

Reporting into the Managing Director, you will be providing support across the business to site teams and clients until handover of the project. As Project Administrator, you will provide support and carry out relevant administrative tasks across sites ensuring all documents are managed following business procedure.

Responsibilities for Project Administrator

  • Constructing work packs for site teams
  • Raising relevant orders for materials and services
  • Organising time-sheets
  • Setting up and taking minutes for meetings
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements for Project Administrator

You will have previous experience within an administrative position, preferably within the construction sector. You should possess a proven skillset of the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, a strong understanding of relevant Microsoft packages, and an attention to detail approach.
