Fawkes & Reece are currently looking for an experienced Telehandler Driver to join a busy housing development in Newcastle.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a telehandler safely and efficiently, assisting with the movement of materials around the site and supporting the wider site team with day-to-day construction activities.
Duties
- Operating a telehandler safely and efficiently on a busy housing site
- Loading, unloading and moving materials around site
- Assisting trades and site management where required
- Carrying out daily checks of the telehandler
- Following all site health and safety procedures
- Keeping work areas clear and organised
- Working as part of the wider site team
Requirements
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler ticket
- Previous experience operating a telehandler on a construction site
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures
- Reliable and punctual
- Full PPE
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- £20.00 per hour
- Full-time hours
