We are recruiting on behalf of a respected developer seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers the chance to guide prospective buyers through the entire home-buying journey, from initial enquiry through to final handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective purchasers, providing expert advice on a range of new-build homes across the development.
- Conduct both face-to-face and virtual property viewings, showcasing the quality, features, and lifestyle benefits of our homes.
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to legal completion, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of properties, pricing, incentives, and current offers to support customers in making informed decisions.
- Work closely with the wider sales and site teams to maximise sales performance and achieve targets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in New Homes sales (minimum 1 year preferred) or relevant estate agency experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a proven ability to build rapport and close sales.
- Must be available to work weekends as developments operate on a 7-day sales schedule.
