Are you an experienced Sales Advisor looking for a flexible opportunity with a leading house builder in the West Midlands? We are recruiting on behalf of a respected developer seeking a customer-focused and driven individual to join their sales team on a part-time basis, working 3 days per week. This role offers the opportunity to guide prospective buyers through the entire home-buying journey, from initial enquiry through to final handover, while enjoying a more flexible working pattern. Availability to work at least one weekday is essential, alongside weekend working to support the needs of the development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective purchasers, providing expert advice on a range of new-build homes across the development.
  • Conduct both face-to-face and virtual property viewings, showcasing the quality, features, and lifestyle benefits of our homes.
  • Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to legal completion, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of properties, pricing, incentives, and current offers to support customers in making informed decisions.
  • Work closely with the wider sales and site teams to maximise sales performance and achieve targets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in New Homes sales (minimum 1 year preferred) or relevant estate agency experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a proven ability to build rapport and convert enquiries into sales.
  • Must be available to work 3 days per week, including weekends.
  • Availability for at least one weekday is essential.
