We are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Carpenter to start as soon as possible on a social housing scheme in South Birmingham.
The position involves working on a range of tasks, including:
- Repairs and maintenance
- Capital works and retrofit projects
- Carpentry, plumbing, plastering, roofing, and tiling
Key information:
- £23 per hour
- Monday to Friday
- 12-week contract with the potential to go temp to perm
- Van provided
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a multi-skilled carpenter
- Maximum of 5 points on driving licence
- Own tools
- Preferably with experience in social housing
- Able to provide 2 work references
