Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Window Fitting Team to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for installing windows and Doors on Social Housing across various sites around the North West. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in construction and related trades to develop their skills within a professional environment. We are currently recruiting for 2 teams of window fitters.

• Nvq in Joinery/Fenestration
• CSCS Card
• DBS clearance
• Demonstrate Experience
• Drivers licence

Duties

• Install new windows and doors around the North West.
• Remove old or damaged frames carefully, minimising damage to surrounding structures.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment to carry out installations efficiently
• Conduct sealing & finishing around frames for a polished appearance.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised worksite throughout each project

Skills

• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail for precise fitting and finishing
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures relevant to construction sites
• Physical fitness to handle lifting, manoeuvring large components, and working at heights if necessary
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members across different trades
