The Role
Fawkes and Reece agency are currently seeking an experienced Banksman / Traffic Marshal on behalf of a busy and well-established contractor. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced site.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely directing vehicle and plant movements on site
- Acting as a banksman to guide operators
- Maintaining safe traffic flow and pedestrian segregation
- Communicating effectively with site teams
- Ensuring all site health and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Keeping busy on site to ensure the area is clean and tidy
Requirements
- Valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman card - ideally NPORS / CPCS but other providers is okay
- Previous on-site experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of site safety and procedures
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and punctual
Additional Information
Candidates must supply their own PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
