Are you a Managing Quantity Surveyor looking for your next role? Or are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a step up?

Your OTE could be up to £75k with car allowance and bonus and plenty of progression into more senior roles.

What you\’ll get:

Key aspects of the role:

  • Manage three offices within the Responsive Repairs side of the business.
  • Oversee subcontractors and manage any disputes.
  • Preparing CVRs and valuations to monitor the performance of contracts.
  • Maintain and lead a Surveying team within the responsive repairs business arm.
  • Mentor trainee and graduate quantity surveyor to high standards.

What you\’ll need:

  • Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at a minimum.
  • Repairs/Maintenance sector knowledge in lieu of Retrofit/Refurbishment
  • Experience working with Subcontractors
