Currently on the search for a number of Site Managers due to a very busy contractor focusing on the D&B fit out sector.
About the role:
The contractor has several projects about to kick off in the middle of summer and is looking for a freelance Site Manager. The projects are all within the D&B fit out sector and will take between 10‑20 weeks from start to finish, valued at £500k‑£1.5m. You will report to a Project Manager who will expect progress reports and clear communication between them and you.
Responsibilities:
- Keep the site operating efficiently and safely.
- Prepare for the client entering the project at short notice.
- Ensure speed on site to avoid delays, as every hour is important.
Requirements:
- Black CSCS
- SMSTS
- FAAW
- Ability to use Procore or something similar
- Must hold a valid DBS (essential)
