Good opportunity for a Senior Site Manager (No. 1) to work for a major, highly professional main contractor who have a healthy pipeline of work across central London with residential, commercial and student accommodation projects circa £100m.
Looking for a dynamic Senior Site Manager who can deliver a major residential scheme from start to finish as no. 1 on Site while reporting into a Project Manager. This senior site manager will be working on a high rise project located in the heart of London and taking it from current stage of RC frame through to final handover which will be late 2027.
The ideal Senior Site Manager:
- 10-years industry experience
- Delivered high rise residential, commercial or student accommodation
- Worked on RC / concrete frame
- A good leader who can manage a large team
- Push the programme
- Oversee the design
- Ensure health, safety and quality standards are at an all time high
Responsibilities of Senior Site Manager:
- Leading all the site activity and reporting into the project manager
- Getting involved with the technical and commercial teams and ensuring project is being delivered to a high standard and to clients satisfaction
This is a good opportunity for a senior site manager to progress and lead a large project in London. This person will be ambitious and looking to progress to Project manager in the near future.
