Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the delivery team and specialist outside sub-contractors and ensure all Health and Site Safety is in place and adhered to.
- Work on a M&E package of around £15M on a large commercial shell and core project in Central London.
- Experience with M&E Fit-out would be advantageous.
