Work with external photographers, videographers, and creative partners when required.
Assist in the creation of presentations and capability documents.

Proactively identify opportunities for stories, posts, and support for campaigns across the business.
Create content from events, groundbreakings, milestones, conferences, and community activities.
Monitor channel performance and audience sentiment, escalating reputational risks when needed.
Website ManagementUpload and update website content including news stories, case studies, project pages.
Ensure content is accurate, current, and aligned with the companies messaging.
Optimise pages for SEO and user experience under guidance from the Communications Leads.
Analytics & ReportingProduce monthly performance dashboards covering social media, website analytics, and campaign KPIs.
Provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve digital engagement and reach.
