We are seeking a highly experienced People Business Partner, who will work closely with operational and leadership teams to provide expert guidance, support employee engagement, and improvement across the employee life cycle. This is a hands‐on, solutions‐focused role that requires both tactical thinking and operational delivery.

You will be instrumental in managing employee relations, supporting talent development, and embedding our values throughout the business. You will be travelling 2x per month to Barking or other UK sites.

  • 3-5 years' experience in a People Business Partner, Advisor, or Generalist Role
  • Proven experience in managing employee relations from start to finish
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment Law and best practice approaches
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound judgement, high levels of discretion, and a proactive mindset
  • CIPD Level 7 (or working towards it) or equivalent experience
