We are working with a leading residential developer to recruit a Facade/External Envelope Manager for a major residential project in South London.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the facades of RC frame apartments, including brickwork, scaffolding, Metsec, SFS, roofing, windows, and balcony installations.
- Oversee the safety and quality of facade installation works.
- Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
- Manage subcontractors on site effectively.
- Report progress and issues to the on-site Project Manager.
Requirements:
- Experience working with leading main contractors or developers.
- Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certificates.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
