We are working with a leading residential developer to recruit a Facade/External Envelope Manager for a major residential project in South London.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the facades of RC frame apartments, including brickwork, scaffolding, Metsec, SFS, roofing, windows, and balcony installations.
  • Oversee the safety and quality of facade installation works.
  • Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
  • Manage subcontractors on site effectively.
  • Report progress and issues to the on-site Project Manager.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with leading main contractors or developers.
  • Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certificates.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
